This particular area has S. leucophylla, S. flava, S. psittacina, and S.
rosea. The grasses in this area are quite tall and thick.
They also tuft
over each other forming very thick matted lumps. Plants in which the pitchers are
less than 12" to 16" in length
are likely not to reach above the grasses.
